Do you (properly!) take care of your trailer tires?
With the nice weather finally here, we are getting a lot of questions about trailer tires (always a pleasure to chat with you guys! 😉)! We thought it would be useful to share our tips to help you take care of your trailer tires (and make sure they last longer!).
1. The tire pressure needs to be adequate
It is written on the tire side!
2. Rotate them every season
3. Store them in best conditions
In a dry place, away from light and not in contact with anything that could deteriorate them.
Just like any tires, your trailer tires must be changed when time has come. To avoid flat tire or other problems, it is recommended to replace them every 5 years.
Even though they seem to be used less frequently, the heavy weight they carry wear them out.
