Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. But you must notify us as soon as possible. Important: if your order has already left our warehouse, extra fees will apply to cancel your order. Send us an email as soon as possible at info@tiredirect.ca with your complete name and order number.

Can I return tires and wheels I ordered and get refunded?

Of course you can! Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind? We can take back your unused and unmounted tires within 30 days after delivery date. Send us an email at info@tiredirect.ca with your order number. We will guide you with the steps to follow to return your order and get refunded. Please note that some conditions apply.

These are fees that can not be refunded (services that had been already engaged):

  • Mounting and balancing
  • Nitrogen inflation
  • TPMS installation
  • TPMS programmation
  • Shipping fees to your house (if you have benefited from free shipping, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund, see How do I return my order section above.)

To have a complete refund:

  • tires or wheels must be unused, unmounted and in new condition
  • you must notify us within 30 days after delivery date
  • tires or wheels must have been bought at regular price (no refunds for products in our Clearance section)
  • no additional service (one of the above) has been engaged
  • there are no refunds on studded studdable tires

How do I return my order?

You first need to contact us by email at info@tiredirect.ca to make sure our staff confirm your items can be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery AND return will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 15% of the total order may apply for special orders, for orders older than 30 days or for orders which approval was not explicitly granted by our staff.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We unfortunately don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your order back to our warehouse.

Refunds

Tires or wheels do not fit on my car, can I get a refund?

You can get a refund if the tires or wheels are still new and have not been mounted and balanced. Important! Extra fees will be applied to return your order if you unfortunately made a mistake while ordering (see How do I return my order section above). We will help you find the right size for your car. Contact us by email at info@tiredirect.ca to report the situation.

How do I get refunded?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then you will be informed of the total amount of the refund, from which we will have deducted the delivery and return costs. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Is it possible to get totally refunded?

You will be fully refunded if we unfortunately made a mistake while giving you advices with the tire size of your vehicle, or if we shipped the wrong product. In these cases, we will take charge of the return of your order and the shipping of the right items.
