Should I expect any delay for my delivery?
There are no expected delays on deliveries. All our shipping services are still fully operational with the same pre-crisis capacities. All deliveries now occur on a contactless basis, without any signature for tires and wheels.
Plus, upon customer agreement, tires and wheels will be deposited in a secure location to avoid any potential exposure with the carrier.
What sanitary precautions has TireDirect implemented to protect its employees and customers?
Our main goal is slowing down the COVID-19 propagation. In order to do so, the following health measures are in place:
- Shipping staff members handle tires wearing gloves and check in the warehouse during key periods in order to avoid extended contact periods and to enforce social distancing rules (1 meters).
- Employees must wash their hands before entering and exiting the warehouses.
- Work areas and equipment are cleaned on a daily basis.
- All communications among business employees occur by either telephone, video conferencing or e-mail.
